Do all orders ship free?

Preparation usually takes about 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit.

What if I picked the wrong item or changed my mind?

Ask within 30 days after delivery for a mailed return or exchange. For a non-defective return, the item must be new, unused, in original condition, and accompanied by original packaging, tags, and accessories. A free label is included in the parcel and no restocking fee applies.

How are defects, damage, or shipping mistakes handled?

Send the order number, checkout email, details, and photos or video of the product and packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted for damage, defects, wrong goods, missing parts, or a material mismatch with the description.

How soon is an approved refund issued?
