Returns are available for defective and non-defective items, and we accept exchange requests. Start the request no later than 30 days from the delivery date.
Eligible condition
A return must be new and unused, remain in its original state, and include the original box or packaging, tags, and every supplied accessory. Non-defective reasons include changing your mind, preferring another item, or choosing the wrong product. Damage, defects, wrong shipments, missing pieces, and material differences from the description are also covered.
Mail return process
Provide the order number, checkout email, and reason for the request. Send product and packaging photos or video for a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete shipment. Wait for authorization before mailing a return. The package includes a free return label, and we charge no restocking fee.
Resolution
An exchange is subject to stock. After refund approval, we send the funds back to the original payment method within 10 days; posting time after processing depends on the financial institution.
