These delivery terms cover eligible purchases of reusable bottles, mugs, tumblers, and related drinkware.
When an order ships
Order preparation generally takes about 1–2 business days. Transit is then expected to take 3–5 business days. Neither period is guaranteed; holidays, weather, carrier disruptions, destination limits, and address corrections can cause delay. Free shipping applies only when checkout displays that benefit.
Your delivery details
Enter an accurate street address, email, and phone number. Tracking is provided when the carrier makes it available. If tracking stalls, a parcel is missing, a carrier marks it delivered but it cannot be found, or the contents arrive damaged, contact us with the order number, checkout email, delivery address, and tracking number. Photos of damaged contents and packaging help us review the issue.
Service limits
Carrier or destination restrictions may prevent some deliveries, and additional verification may be requested before dispatch.
